These Terms of Service and Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern your use of atopsyfinancialinsights.com and your purchase or use of digital products offered by A.Topsy Financial Insights. Please read them before purchasing.

Section 01

Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing the website, placing an order, or downloading a purchased digital product, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website or complete a purchase.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding agreement. If you make a purchase for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to act for that organization.

Section 02

Digital product and price

Think Like an IRS Revenue Officer — Financial Habits That Keep You Out of Trouble and Build Long-Term Wealth is a digital eBook offered for $19.99 USD, unless a different price, discount, or promotion is clearly displayed at checkout.

Digital-only product: No physical book will be mailed. Any taxes or required charges will be shown through the checkout process before payment is completed.
Section 03

Orders and payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. You agree to provide current, accurate purchase information and authorize the amount shown at checkout. An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and the digital-delivery process begins. We may cancel or refund an order affected by a pricing error, duplicate transaction, suspected fraud, technical failure, or legal restriction.

Section 04

Digital delivery and access

The eBook is delivered through BookFunnel to the email address associated with the purchase. You are responsible for entering a working email address and checking spam, junk, promotions, or filtered folders.

If the delivery email does not arrive or the file cannot be opened, contact support@atopsyfinancialinsights.com. We may confirm the order and direct you to BookFunnel support or provide reasonable delivery assistance. Delivery timing can be affected by email providers, internet access, device settings, and third-party service availability.

Section 05

Your limited license

After a valid purchase, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use one copy of the eBook for your own personal educational use.

You may not reproduce, republish, resell, distribute, upload, share, lend, license, translate for distribution, publicly display, create derivative commercial products from, remove rights notices from, or provide the eBook or substantial portions of it to another person or to an artificial-intelligence training system without prior written permission.

Reasonable personal backup copies for your own use are permitted. No ownership interest in the eBook or its intellectual property is transferred to you.

Section 06

Refund and replacement policy

Because the eBook is a digital product that can be accessed or copied after delivery, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the delivery link has been sent or the product has been accessed, except where a refund is required by law.

Please contact us within 7 calendar days of purchase if you were charged more than once for the same order, did not receive access after reasonable troubleshooting, or received a file that remains unusable after delivery support. When verified, we may provide replacement access, correct a duplicate charge, or issue an appropriate refund.

Before disputing a charge, please contact support so we can review the order and attempt to resolve the issue. This request does not limit any non-waivable rights provided by law.

Section 07

Educational purpose — no individualized advice

The website and eBook provide general educational information only. They do not provide individualized tax, legal, accounting, credit, financial-planning, or investment advice and do not create a professional-client, fiduciary, attorney-client, tax-practitioner, or representative relationship.

Examples are illustrative and may not reflect your facts or current law. Tax and financial rules can change and outcomes depend on individual circumstances. You are responsible for verifying information and consulting an appropriately qualified professional before making decisions.

Section 08

No government affiliation or representation

A.Topsy Financial Insights and A.Topsy are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or acting on behalf of the Internal Revenue Service, the United States Department of the Treasury, or any other government agency.

Purchase of the eBook does not include tax preparation, tax return filing, representation before the IRS, intervention in an IRS matter, access to government systems, or a promise of a particular tax or financial outcome.

Section 09

Consultations and other services

If consultations or other services are offered, their scope, price, scheduling, rescheduling, cancellation, and refund terms may be presented separately at booking or checkout. The purchase of this eBook does not include a consultation unless the offer expressly says otherwise.

CONSULTATION CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING POLICY

This policy applies to paid A.Topsy Financial Insights consultation appointments.

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your scheduled consultation. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed appointments may result in forfeiture of the consultation fee and require a new booking.

If A.Topsy Financial Insights must cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be offered a new appointment time or an appropriate refund.

For scheduling assistance, contact support@atopsyfinancialinsights.com.

Section 10

Intellectual property

The website, eBook, brand name, logos, artwork, written content, design, downloads, and other materials are owned by or licensed to A.Topsy Financial Insights and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license stated above, no permission or license is granted by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

Section 11

Acceptable use

You may not use the website or products to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with security or operation, introduce malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or harvest information, misrepresent identity, or facilitate unauthorized distribution of protected content.

Section 12

Third-party services and links

Stripe processes payments and BookFunnel provides digital delivery. The website may also link to other third-party services. Their availability, terms, privacy practices, and performance are controlled by those providers. A.Topsy Financial Insights is not responsible for third-party websites or services, but will provide reasonable support for an order placed through our website.

Section 13

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website and digital products are provided “as is” and “as available.” A.Topsy Financial Insights disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation.

We do not guarantee that using the website or eBook will prevent an audit, collection action, penalty, loss, debt, legal issue, or other adverse result, or that it will produce savings, income, wealth, approval, compliance, or any particular outcome.

Section 14

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A.Topsy Financial Insights and its owner, contributors, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or decisions made in reliance on general educational content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability arising from a purchased digital product will not exceed the amount you paid for that product. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations, so part of this section may not apply to you.

Section 15

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website or products, your material violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This section does not require you to indemnify any party for conduct for which indemnification cannot lawfully be required.

Section 16

Availability and updates

Website features, product descriptions, prices, and availability may change. We may correct errors, update content, suspend access for maintenance or security, or discontinue an offering. A later update to an eBook is not included with an earlier purchase unless expressly stated.

Section 17

Suspension or termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the website or a digital license when reasonably necessary to address fraud, illegal activity, security risks, unauthorized distribution, or a material violation of these Terms. Provisions concerning intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and other terms that by their nature should continue will survive termination.

Section 18

Governing law and severability

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise. If any provision is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

Before filing a claim, the parties are encouraged to contact one another and attempt in good faith to resolve the issue informally. Nothing in these Terms waives a right that cannot legally be waived.

Section 19

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in products, services, vendors, operations, or legal obligations. The revised Terms will be posted with a new effective or “last updated” date. Changes will apply prospectively unless law permits otherwise. The Terms presented at the time of a purchase will govern that purchase to the extent required by law.
